The Office of Performance & Innovation (OPI) provided Minneapolis City Council Public Safety Committee a second quarter update on the pilot program Behavioral Crisis Response (BCR) in September 2022. Minneapolis Public Radio covered the launch of the BCR pilot in December 2021 and conducted a follow-up interview last week for the local All Things Considered edition.
